Our Team
Our dedicated staff includes Registered Nurses, Care Assistants, Activity Coordinators, and other skilled professionals. Each member is carefully selected for their reliability, compassion, and professionalism.
Staff training is a top priority, covering essential topics such as:

- Dementia Care
- First Aid
All Care Assistants are required to achieve at least a QCF Level 2 qualification in Care, ensuring excellence in everything we do.

- Residents can choose to enjoy meals in their rooms or shared spaces.
- Private access to phones and correspondence is respected.
- Religious services and clergy visits are fully supported.
Special accommodations are made for those who wish to smoke or enjoy a small drink, ensuring comfort without compromising care.

Fees and Financial Information
We offer value-for-money care tailored to individual needs. Our fees cover:
- 24/7 support from trained staff
- Nutritious meals and special diets
- Laundry and medical services
Certain additional services, such as hairdressing, chiropody, and newspapers, are available for a small extra cost. Depending on financial circumstances, fees can be paid privately or with assistance from Social Services.
