Our lawful basis is normally our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and providing information about our services.
Where an enquiry is made with a view to arranging care or entering into an agreement with us, processing may also be necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include processing necessary for the provision or management of health or social care, or another condition permitted by law.
Please only provide health or other sensitive information through a general enquiry where it is reasonably necessary for us to understand or respond to your enquiry.
